Welcome Speech by the Jt. Secy at the Annual Function “EDU POWER” 2008

 

 Good morning everybody present here. On behalf of IIAE & RNIS College of Financial Planning, Delhi , I welcome you all to this Annual Function of IVY INSTITUTE. The title of this year’s function is “EDU POWER”2008.

 

This is an annual event that we organize to provide to our students a big platform to display their talents which cannot be exhibited in a classroom in the regular course of studies.

 

IIAE believes in the strong relationship between Academic studies and co-curricular activities which are required in building up of a strong personality and unshakeable character of a student.

 

In today’s function the participants are going to perform various items that they have been practicing and rehearsing for quite some time. We believe that during the time of rehearsal, they learn a lot of things such as Team Dynamics, Leadership, Discipline, Perseverance, etc. They also learn to express themselves from the core of their heart. These things boost up their self confidence and help them to be better communicators. The whole process leads them towards being better individuals ready to take up the reins of managing their country effectively.

 

Hence it is our sincere effort to help our students in their academic and professional growth.

 

I would specially like to welcome all our Franchisees and their students who have come from outside of Ludhiana to participate in this event which I personally consider as a grand festival of education and culture.

 

I would also like to extend a warm welcome to our honourable chief guest Mr. H.S. Bansil, All India Prog. Director, RNIS College of Financial Planning, and other dignitaries from various academic and financial institutes who have taken some precious time out of their busy schedule to be with us on this auspicious occasion.

 

I further welcome the parents, relatives and friends of our students who are accompanying them to this ceremony.

 

And finally a special welcome to the Media. Both Print & Electronic who have come to cover this event for their esteemed newspapers & channels. Without them, this function would be incomplete.

 

I hope you will enjoy each and every bit of this function and at the same time boost up the confidence and spirits of the participants.
